Service Manager; Paediatric Surgical Pathway

Overview

An exciting opportunity within Nottingham Children's Hospital for a full-time, permanent Band 6 Service Manager.

• Ensure effective operational and strategic planning, development, and management of paediatric surgical services to meet national waiting time targets.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Divisional Managers, Consultants, Nurses, and Admin Teams to deliver Trust, Directorate, and Team objectives.
• Maintain compliance with national waiting time targets and other service standards.

• Pro‑active, dynamic, and experienced manager with excellent communication, organisational, administrative, waiting‑list and staff‑management skills.
• Proven track record of working in a demanding and fast‑paced environment.
