Dietetic Assistant

Position Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 4 Dietetic Assistant post. The successful candidate will be working with the Community Adults Nutrition & Dietetic Service. You will be based at Sherwood Rise Health Centre and will be expected to deliver community clinics across various health centres in Nottingham City.

• Deliver community clinics across various health centres.
• Work with malnourished patients requiring Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS).
• Show initiative and work as a member of a team.
• Demonstrate good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Work methodically under pressure using your own initiative.
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and commit to delivering a high standard of care to the citizens of Nottingham.

• Previous NHS and Dietetic experience is a distinct advantage.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and interested in nutrition.
• Responsible attitude.
