We are seeking a Practice and Performance Manager to join our dedicated healthcare team at HMP Nottigham. This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in a secure environment.
About the RoleAs Practice and Performance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the integrated healthcare team, which includes primary care, mental health, GP services, dentistry, podiatry, and optometry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the healthcare administration team
- Overseeing day‑to‑day administrative operations
- Monitoring service performance and producing insightful reports
- Supporting service delivery through data analysis and process improvement
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination
- Presenting performance updates to senior healthcare leaders and stakeholders
This is a pivotal role that ensures our healthcare provision is efficient, responsive, and aligned with community standards.
Qualifications- Organised and analytical, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident in managing teams and coordinating across disciplines
- Experienced in healthcare systems (e.g. Systm One) and reporting tools
- A strong communicator, able to engage with staff at all levels
- Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced, secure environment
