Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CBT psychotherapist with expertise in working with children and young people, who is also confident delivering therapy to adults. This is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of presentations, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and family-based difficulties.
You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team. The role will provide opportunities to work across a number of contracts for NHS providers, Blue Light organisations, businesses and self-funding clients. This role provides significant variety, with high quality therapy and excellent outcomes as the key focus across all areas.
This role offers genuine clinical autonomy within a supportive environment. You’ll work across a range of contracts, combining focused short-term interventions with more complex, longer-term therapeutic work.
- Private psychotherapy for individual clients
- Delivery of specialist services, such as our Family Psychological Support Service for on-going maternity reviews
- Occupational psychotherapy to support staff within or to return to work settings
- Psychological interventions for children and young people
- Tailored psychotherapy for neurodivergent clients
- Collaboration with schools, social services, and external agencies

What We’re Looking ForWe’d love to hear from practitioners who are:
- Fully BABCP accredited
- Qualified to post-graduate diploma or master’s level in CBT
- Experienced (minimum three years post-qualification) in clinical CBT delivery
- Skilled and experienced in working with children, young people, and their families
- Confident in producing high-quality, evidence-based clinical reports and communicating findings clearly to referrers and partner organisations
- Skilled in working autonomously, maintaining focus and quality across both brief and longer-term treatment pathways
- Committed to client and family-centred, outcome-focused practice
