Middleton Court (Bilborough) & Ollerton Stores (Sherwood Energy Village)
Pay Rate: £30.89 - £41 per hour (Depending on experience)
Work Pattern: 2 days remote | 3 days office-based

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Experienced Adult Occupational Therapist to join the ICELS (Integrated Community Equipment Loan Service) Team within Adult Social Care in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced OT with strong clinical reasoning skills to work within a specialist equipment service supporting both Adult and Paediatric requests.

• Review and assess specialist equipment requests for Adults and Paediatrics
• Identify suitable equipment from existing store stock where appropriate
• Provide clinical advice and support to prescribers, answering queries and sourcing relevant information
• Challenge equipment provision where required, offering clear clinical reasoning and alternative solutions
• Participate in product awareness and equipment sessions
• Accurately log work undertaken and update records on WebELMS and spreadsheet databases
• Work collaboratively within a stores-based service environment

• Qualified Occupational Therapist (Social Care Qualified)
• Several years post‑qualification experience
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to appropriately challenge equipment provision and suggest alternative approaches
• Experience working within equipment services or community settings (desirable)
• HCPC registered

Hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days office-based
Based primarily at Middleton Court, Bilborough
Potential working days at Ollerton Stores, Sherwood Energy Village
