Community Occupational Therapist - Nottingham City
Rate: 32 per hour
Location: Nottingham City (Community Based)
Contract: Locum / Agency

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting two experienced Community Occupational Therapists to join a dynamic team in Nottingham City. This role involves completing face-to-face community assessments and reviews, supporting individuals to maintain independence within their homes and communities.

• Conduct Care Act assessments

• Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments

• Carry out manual handling and risk assessments

• Recommend and assess for assistive technology and equipment

• Undertake face-to-face community reviews (no telephone reviews)

• Work closely with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

• HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist

• Experience completing Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments

• Strong experience with manual handling, risk assessment, and assistive technologies

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to travel within and outside the council area

• Ability to work in the community with one office day per week

• DBS check processed and paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
