Health Care Assistants

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Supporting individuals with their daily activities in accordance with personalised care plans
• Monitoring clients health and reporting any concerns to senior staff
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
• Driving clients safely to appointments or outings as required (driving licence essential)
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
• Good IT literacy for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual needs
• Reliable driving skills for transporting clients safely
• Previous experience working within a care setting is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided
