Overview
Mental Health Support Worker
Location:
East Midlands
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
Salary:
Paid weekly

- Build positive relationships with patients
- Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and conversations
- Help to calm and de-escalate challenging situations when they arise
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Patience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working within mental health
- Restraint training (e.g., MAPA / PMVA)
