Nottingham City General Practice Alliance in Nottingham is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist on a 6-month fixed-term basis to join the Nottingham City South PCN. The role involves flexible hours (full time or part time, 37.5 weekly) and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
You will conduct clinical medication reviews, support prescription queries, help with the repeat prescription system, and drive medicines optimisation, safety, and quality improvement across services.
