Isand Limited is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Beacon House in West Yorkshire. You will work full time (42 hours) with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends and nights. You’ll provide personalised care, support independence, and assist residents to access the community while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
The role offers an apprenticeship scheme, flexible working with overtime, coaching, and peer support. DBS checks are required for successful candidates.
