Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support adults experiencing mental health challenges in South Warwickshire. The role involves delivering 1:1 and group support, signposting to internal and external services, and contributing to outreach activities from Wellbeing Hub drop-ins to a staffed Wellbeing Line.
