Clinical Specialist – Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) – M62 Corridor

Autonomy, flexibility, and variety in your day-to-day

The opportunity to grow your expertise and advance your career in clinical education

Work with innovative therapies that help improve patient outcomes

Our client believe that empowering healthcare professionals is essential to improving patient outcomes. As a Clinical Specialist in their Acute Therapies division, you will play a central role in supporting ICUs and renal teams across the M62 Corridor - bringing expertise, confidence, and excellence to every clinical interaction.

This is a role where your clinical experience truly matters. Your insights will help hospitals deliver safer, more efficient CRRT, supported by their trusted technologies and evidence‑based training.

As a CRRT expert in the field, you will:

  • Champion clinical education and best practice for the CRRT portfolio.
  • Partner closely with ICU and renal clinicians to optimise therapy use and enhance patient pathways.
  • Work alongside a highly collaborative team of Account Managers who rely on your expertise to support customer success.
  • If you have clinical ICU experience and a solid understanding of CRRT, this role allows you to grow your influence, strengthen your skills, and make a meaningful difference in acute care.

You will drive both clinical excellence and business impact by:

  • Clinical training & education
  • Delivering engaging training sessions on renal therapies - on site, in formal training days, or virtually.
  • Demonstrating products and therapy workflows
  • Supporting ongoing education to ensure the right therapy is used at the right time, for the right patient.
  • Customer partnership & support
  • Building strong relationships with ICU and renal teams, acting as a trusted clinical advisor.
  • Providing expert guidance to support optimal therapy delivery and clinical decision-making.
  • Commercial partnership
  • Collaborating closely with Account Managers to help achieve therapy adoption and strategic objectives.

We’re looking for a clinically credible, confident professional who thrives in customer‑facing environments and enjoys sharing knowledge.

You will need:

A recognised nursing qualification with experience in ICU or dialysis.

Ideally, a post‑graduate renal nursing certificate or ITU qualification.

Strong presentation and teaching skills; ability to train clinicians at all levels.

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage priorities, work both independently and as part of a team.

A full driving licence and the willingness to travel across the region.

An exceptional salary and benefits package is available for the successful candidate.
