The Old Orchard is a picturesque five‑bedroom bungalow located in the large village of Radcliffe‑on‑Trent, overlooking the River Trent. We support adults with learning and physical disabilities and associated sensory needs to live the life they love. The staff enjoy cooking, arts, crafts, socialising in local coffee shops and parks, and exploring the countryside.

As a Support Worker you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care and support. You will help individuals achieve independence, manage risks, foster relationships, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
