Bluebird Care Nottingham is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator / Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines care coordination in a fast-paced office with field supervision in the community.
You’ll ensure customers receive safe, high-quality care while supporting, supervising, and coordinating our Care Assistants. You’ll also accept referrals, write or update care plans, and manage rota changes and on-call duties.
