Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support care teams in our UK care homes, with a night shift 20:00–08:00. You will lead hands-on care, administer medication and ensure the dignity and well-being of residents.
You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager, adhere to CQC guidelines, participate in training, and mentor your team. NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
