You will manage all aspects of patients' medication, from repeat prescriptions to reviews and drug monitoring, combining clinical judgement with patient-facing care and a commitment to safe, effective prescribing.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintain GPhC registration, and contribute to service development while enjoying autonomy in a supportive environment.
