Together UK is seeking a Clifton House relief support worker to assist service users in Clifton House Accommodation Service. This zero-hours role pays £12.76 per hour and involves supporting individuals to exercise choice, improve wellbeing, stay safe, and increase independence.
You will work 1:1 and in groups to help service users set goals, manage their tenancy, and navigate daily tasks, with training provided on infection control and recording in English.
