  • Nights: £20.83 per hour

We are seeking experienced, engaging, and committed Healthcare Assistants to work regular weekly shifts with our teenage client. You will provide support to a young person with complex needs, autism, and learning disabilities, helping to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching daily experience.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated to maintaining consistent shift attendance, and committed to learning our client’s individual needs and preferences to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:

  • Compassionate and resilient
    , with a genuine passion for person-centered care.
  • Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months
    ).

Skilled in key areas such as:

  • Exposure to clinical complex care
  • Personal care
