Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a 20-year-old with complex care needs in her own home in Haverfordwest. You will provide person-centred care, support daily routines and promote independence in a calm, one-to-one setting.
The role requires wearing a mask, following routines, and building a professional relationship with the client and wider care team. Hours include 12-hour day and night shifts with 24–36 hour contracts after probation.
