Bluebird Care Nottingham is seeking a Care Coordinator / Field Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines care coordination in a fast-paced office environment with field supervision in the community.
You’ll ensure our customers receive safe, high-quality care while supporting, supervising, and coordinating our Care Assistants. A minimum of two years in care and at least one year in coordination or supervision is required; a full UK driving licence is preferred.
