NHS Coordinator

NHS Coordinator | Administration | Spire Nottingham | Tollerton | Part-Time | 15 hours per week

Spire Nottingham Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week) to support the department.

Duties and responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
Handling patient queries over the phone and via email

Who we're looking for:

Previous administration experience is essential
Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail
