More Years in Nottingham seeks an Overnight Hygiene Manager to own our site hygiene and cleaning standards, setting strategy, budget, and KPIs to ensure food safety and COSHH compliance. You will lead the overnight team, manage rotas, training and succession, and act as the senior contact for QA/Technical on audits.
You will report to Operations, drive CAPA closure, and own hygiene KPIs, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses to support continuous improvement across the site.
