Carer

We’re recruiting for Carers to earn £12.71 per hour, providing compassionate, person-centred care while supporting service users with daily living, following care plans, safeguarding their wellbeing and reporting changes in their needs.

Carer role:

* Place service users’ wishes, preferences and wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.

* Follow care plans and report changes in service users’ needs to the Senior Carer/Nurse.

* Promote and safeguard the welfare of service users.

* Support daily living tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom.

* Maintain accurate care plans and care records.

* Build effective relationships with colleagues, families and multidisciplinary teams.

* Work within Fundamental Standards, CQC requirements and all relevant policies.

* Act professionally, respectfully and compassionately at all times.

Care Assistant pay:

£12.71 per hour
