Nottinghamshire Hospice is looking for a dedicated Hospice in Your Home Palliative Care Assistant to deliver planned 1:1 care in patients' homes as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will cover a 7-day roster across shifts, with opportunities for both full- and part-time roles.
You must have Health Care Assistant experience and a Care Certificate, plus a full UK driving licence. We offer comprehensive induction, training, mileage reimbursement and a supportive environment.
