Make a genuine difference, every day

At Nottinghamshire Hospice, we're proud to lead the way in delivering compassionate, community-based palliative care for people living with a terminal or life limiting illness across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Our values-Compassion, Trust and Ambition-guide everything we do, for the people we support and for each other.

About the role

Nottinghamshire Hospice is seeking a compassionate and creative Arts & Crafts Group Facilitator to lead our community-based Compassionate Arts & Crafts Group sessions. These welcoming and inclusive groups provide opportunities for people to connect, express themselves creatively, and build supportive relationships through art and craft activities.

Many of the people attending may be bereaved, caring for a loved one, living with a life-limiting condition, or experiencing social isolation. The facilitator will create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where individuals feel valued, heard and encouraged to participate at their own pace.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilitating a variety of creative arts and crafts activities and a genuine passion for supporting people with kindness, empathy and compassion.
