Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to lead neighbourhood pharmacy services, support PCN technicians, and oversee medicines management across clinical settings in the community and hospital interface.
You will conduct clinical medication reviews, optimise medicines use for long-term conditions, and work with GPs, nurses and other professionals to improve patient safety and outcomes within the locality.
