AMP Group Practice seeks a Mental Health Nurse to join the CAMHS Neurodiversity Pathway, supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD and co-occurring mental health difficulties in a community setting.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering assessment, diagnosis support and ongoing intervention, coordinating with schools, families and children's services to provide child-centred care.
