Are you ready to lead a dedicated team in Adult Social Care? As a Team Leader
, you will supervise care and domiciliary staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will cover duty shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the people we support. If you have at least two years of experience in social care, this is your chance to shine!

• Lead and supervise a team of care workers, providing guidance and support.
• Cover duty shifts, ensuring smooth operations during day the day, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Address service delivery issues promptly, offering direction and instruction to staff.
• Manage care and support planning, including risk assessments and Mental Capacity Act assessments.
• Administer medication and perform delegated health procedures with training provided.
• Conduct audits as part of our quality assurance framework, contributing to service improvements.

• A minimum oftwo years’ experience in a social care setting.
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A willingness to undertake and complete aDiploma Level 3 in Careand theCare Certificate.
• Knowledge of relevant service policies and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and support colleagues.
• Problem-solving abilities to meet operational targets.
• Organisational skills to manage competing demands effectively.
