As a Care Worker in our Adult Social Care team, you will support individuals using our internal short breaks services located at Wynhill Lodge in Bingham, Helmsley Road in Mansfield, and Holles Street in Worksop. While previous experience in social care is beneficial, it is not essential. You will work with a strength-based approach, providing person-centred care that respects the dignity and preferences of each individual.

In

this rewarding role, you will:

Support individuals by following care and support plans, including health care and positive behaviour support plans.
Facilitate community access and encourage participation in activities tailored to individual preferences.
Record daily activities accurately using our digital care records system.
Completeall mandatory training and refreshers to ensure high-quality care.
Work flexibly across a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

A willingness to complete theCare Certificate and relevant training.
Knowledge of community care services and an understanding of various disabilities.
Experience in care work (paid, voluntary, or personal) is desirable but not mandatory.
