Diabetes Nurse Specialist

An exciting opportunity has come about for a band 7 diabetes nurse specialist to join our dedicated nursing team.

An informal visit to meet the team is strongly advised.

With our incredibly hard working and experienced team of diabetes nurse specialists our team comprises of band 7s band 6s and some band 5s and HCA's to oversee and deliver the diabetes services to NUH. The different range of job roles within the diabetes team is vast:
From patient and staff education, to supporting newly diagnosed diabetic patients, pump training, DKA management and specialist advise to inpatient areas to also supporting the diabetic foot clinic at Dundee house.

These posts will require the successful candidates to work cross site between QMC and City campus.
