Specialist Support Worker - Autism & Learning Disabilities
Nottingham (NG8)
£13.49 - £14.40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Permanent | Full Time | 42 Hours per Week
12-Hour Shifts (Days & Nights)

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a specialist service that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.
The Role
As a Specialist Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality support to adults with complex needs
* Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing
* Support daily living activities and personal development
* Follow care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support strategies
* Support community access and meaningful activities
* Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* At least 12 months' experience within adult social care in the UK
* Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
* Experience supporting mental health needs or behaviours of concern
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to work both day and night shifts
Desirable
* NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
* Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
* Residential care experience
Hours
* Permanent full-time contract
* Average 42 hours per week
* 12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
