This role offers an opportunity for the post-holder to further progress their career into a senior practitioner role, extending the clinical skillset of CWPs and EMHPs by providing specialist training in a broader range of presentations. In addition to managing their own caseload, the candidate will be expected to provide supervision to CWPs and/or EMHPs for low-intensity interventions following training.

The post-holder will work with young people from diverse backgrounds and should be committed to diversity and ensuring access to services for all.

Applicants will need to be ready to start work by early January 2027, with training commencing on the 29th. Posts cannot be offered to candidates unless they can guarantee this start date.

  • To develop a coordinated response to children and young peoples mental health needs by working across agencies.
