Key Responsibilities
* Update and maintain the Oracle Fusion HR system, including HR, establishment, and position data
* Carry out routine and ad-hoc data quality checks, identifying and correcting discrepancies
* Support the monitoring and management of shared HR inboxes and query systems
* Assist with the production of HR reports, dashboards, and routine data outputs
* Provide project and administrative support across the HR Management Team and wider HR & EDI service
* Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and data governance requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience using Oracle Fusion HR, including updating and maintaining HR data
* Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with formulas and large datasets
* Good general IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
