Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, looking for the next step in their career?

We are a growing, cash rich recruitment agency, who are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a permanent basis out of our office in Nottingham. As a Resourcer, you will support our consultants on a daily basis, help find the best candidates on the market and help our growing client base with their recruitment needs.

* Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction industry.

* Managing job adverts and candidate applications.

* Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.

* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.

* Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management.
