- Team of ~25 consultants across the UK and offshore support
- £180k average annual billing per consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one in:
- Mapping US construction markets and competitor landscapes
- Conducting phone-led search campaigns (not CV-farming)
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Managing full 360 recruitment processes
- Working on retained, exclusive, and high-quality contingent searches
You’ll operate in US time zones where required — this is a serious, professional sales role with high expectations.

- Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant typically within 18–24 months
- Average time from Consultant to Senior: ~12 months
