Recruitment Consultant – Bristol City Centre

Salary – £30,000 – £40,000 + commission + free parking space

Flexible on sector experience – Built Environment | Construction | M&E | Engineering | Industrial | Trades & Labour

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol city centre office.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership of the entire recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement. You will play a key part in supporting clients across your chosen sector.

• Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
• Conducting interviews, screening and registering applicants
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Arranging and coordinating interviews
• Building strong talent pipelines within your specialist market

• Background in recruitment within any of the following sectors – built environment, construction, M&E, engineering, trades & labour
• Resourceful, proactive and target‑driven mindset
• Adaptable and resilient approach
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
• Motivated by career progression and earning potential
