HR Transformation Senior Consultant (Service Now HRSD) | Hybrid | To £70k + bonus

I'm working with a consultancy that's growing their HR practice, and they're after a Senior Consultant with strong Service Now HRSD experience. You'll help large organisations re‑imagine HR service delivery in a world where employee experience, automation, and agility matter more than ever.

You'll be designing and implementing HR and GBS solutions that make work simpler, smoother, and more human (using Service Now HRSD as the engine). Think mapping out end‑to‑end journeys (onboarding, offboarding, case management), building out future‑state designs, and shaping how technology supports every stage of the employee life cycle.

This isn't a technical developer role it's about HR transformation consulting. The team are looking for someone who understands how HR works today, what great looks like tomorrow, and how to bring that to life through Service Now. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, run workshops, lead work streams, and bring a strategic view on how HR technology can drive real organisational change.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in HR process design, stakeholder engagement and transformation delivery
• A solid understanding of how Service Now HRSD enables HR services (case management, life cycle events, onboarding etc.)
• Familiarity with automation, AI, and collaboration tools across HR functions
• The ability to translate business needs into Service Now‑enabled solutions
• Ideally, experience from a consulting background or large‑scale HR transformation programme
