HR Business Partner – Homebased/Nottingham – £40,000 - £50,000

HR BP Responsibilities:

Providing first line support and advice to employees and managers regarding all HR policies
Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes ensuring all are up to date in line with current employment law
Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
Providing HR advice, note taking, and coaching support to managers
Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
Conducting L&D needs analysis with Managers to define annual training plan
Managing talent and succession planning; overseeing recruitment activity and campaigns
Supporting in the design and implementation of a comprehensive induction process
Advising and supporting employees on company benefits
Required

Skills & Experience:

Experience in similar HR Generalist role, this is a hands on role
Detailed understanding of UK employment law
Understanding of statutory people processes #
Experienced with Merger & Acquisitions, including an understanding of TUPE regulations
A basic knowledge of payroll practices and UK Tax & NI rules
