HR Business Partner - Homebased/Nottingham - £40,000 - £50,000

HR BP Responsibilities:
  • Providing first line support and advice to employees and managers regarding all HR policies
  • Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes ensuring all are up to date in line with current employment law
  • Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
  • Providing HR advice, note taking, and coaching support to managers
  • Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes

    Conducting L&D needs analysis with Managers to define annual training plan
  • Managing talent and succession planning; overseeing recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Supporting in the design and implementation of a comprehensive induction process
  • Advising and supporting employees on company benefits
Required

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in similar HR Generalist role, this is a hands on role
  • Detailed understanding of UK employment law
  • Understanding of statutory people processes #
  • Experienced with Merger & Acquisitions, including an understanding of TUPE regulations
  • A basic knowledge of payroll practices and UK Tax & NI rules
