Salary: £25,000 £ 26,000 PA (including on-call)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of our operation building relationships, growing our client base, and matching brilliant candidates with rewarding roles. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Developing strong, long-lasting partnerships with social services, the NHS, residential care providers, and supported living services
  • Growing our temporary workforce by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates
  • Using both traditional and creative sourcing methods including social media to attract top talent
  • Actively headhunting and building a thriving candidate network
  • Managing client staffing requests with confidence and professionalism
  • Placing candidates into both temporary and permanent roles
  • Negotiating pay rates and contracts with clarity and commercial awareness
  • Supporting the development of fellow Recruitment Consultants as the team grows

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry or the motivation to learn quickly and follow best practice
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the determination to go the extra mile

You'll also take part in our on-call rota, ensuring our clients and workers receive exceptional support around the clock.
