SF Partners is seeking an Interim HR Manager for a 12-month FTC in Nottingham. This role offers a chance to lead HR across a blue-collar workforce during a period of transformation. You'll manage employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance, while supporting the leadership team.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, pragmatic, and flexible, fitting into a traditional business culture while promoting positive change. A comprehensive handover and support from an external consultant will be provided.
