The Role Recruiting SEND teachers, teaching assistants and support staff Building and maintaining relationships with schools and candidates Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement Developing existing accounts and maximising opportunities Delivering exceptional customer service Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained About You Previous recruitment experience Passionate about building strong relationships Target-driven and commercially aware Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and negotiation skills An interest in the SEND sector and supporting schools and young people
