Looking for a flexible, part-time HR role where you can make a real impact?
HR Consultant (Part-Time)Remote (with occasional F2F meetings) | 15 hours per week (flexible)
£45,000 – £50,000 FTE + commission
Join a growing HR consultancy supporting SMEs with practical, commercially focused advice. You’ll work closely with clients on everything from employee relations to projects such as restructure/redundancy consultations and TUPE transfers, building trusted relationships along the way.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience advising on employee relations
- Knows UK employment law inside out
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Enjoys working independently
- Local to West Sussex is a bonus
- The role is remote & flexible
- Varied and interesting client work
- Real autonomy and trust

- Competitive basic salary plus commission linked to additional revenue
