Huntress - Maidstone is recruiting an Employee Relations Partner for a six-month contract in Ashford, Kent. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional aimed at enhancing workplace culture through expert ER guidance and best practices.
Key responsibilities include managing a variety of Employee Relations cases and advising managers on HR best practices. Candidates must hold a CIPD Level 5 and demonstrate a solid background in HR or Employee Relations, alongside experience working with trade unions.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to work on-site in Ashford four days a week.
