• 3 days per week, office based in Nottingham

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and policy compliance
• Assist with recruitment processes including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Handle general HR queries and provide first‑line support to employees
• Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records
• Prepare HR‑related reports and documentation as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR‑related role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Able to commute to Nottingham
