Job Description

Pay Range £28,000 - £36,000.

Reed’s further education recruiters provide sector specialists who inspire young adults to achieve. We operate five national further education hubs that cover the whole of the UK.

Dedicated FE consultants work with clients to identify and source the best further education professionals across all institutions, including colleges, sixth forms, prisons, leadership roles and training providers. We offer a full suite of recruitment solutions, including temporary, permanent, fixed‑term contract, interim and managed services. • Maintain and develop business from existing clients and engage with new ones.
• Perform phone‑based sales calls to grow your desk through active business development.
• Attend client meetings to convert non‑users to active clients.
• Interview and expand your pool of candidates to meet the needs of the clients.
• Meet KPI targets and adhere to audit and compliance requirements.

• Experience in education recruitment (particularly SEND), resourcing, or sales is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
• Proactive and driven, with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Ethical approach to recruitment with a focus on quality and compliance.
