The role is a fixed‑term, full‑time position in our support office. You will partner with functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, influence how we attract, engage and hire talent across the business, and help build strong, trusted relationships across locations (Nottingham, Southampton and Guernsey).

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across business areas: shaping briefs, writing engaging adverts, sourcing, selection and offer management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding hiring managers and HR teams to support confident, well‑informed decisions.
• Deliver engaging recruitment training sessions to help managers build capability and confidence in hiring.
• Source talent through a mix of channels, including social networks, referrals and talent pools, engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Use market insight to shape attraction strategies and continually improve the hiring process, ensuring a fair, consistent and positive candidate experience.

• Strong in‑house recruitment experience across multiple areas.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and build relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable using tools such as Eurostaffs, CV databases, and technologies like Co‑pilot.
• Strong understanding of the external market and its evolution.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of flexing approach based on audience.
• Calm, solution‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

• Salary:
  Up to £45,000, dependent on experience, plus bonus.
• Location:
  
  Nottingham (travel to Southampton and Guernsey).
• Contract type:
  Fixed‑term contract.
