As a Recruitment Advisor, you will deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective recruitment and retention activity across the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to help deliver successful recruitment campaigns, provide expert advice on selection processes, and support approaches to attracting talent.

Key responsibilities include supporting senior and executive recruitment activity, supporting managers from advert through to appointment, supporting the management of temporary agency arrangements, analysing workforce data, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office and use of social media for recruitment
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience in recruitment

These skills are essential to enable you to deliver effective recruitment campaigns, provide compliant advice, and support organisational workforce needs.

What you’ll bring
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Customer focus and commitment to high service standards
  • Emotional intelligence and collaborative working style
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices
