The Resourcer role is an entry-level position, ideal for graduates or individuals with basic experience looking to begin a career in recruitment. As a Resourcer, you will play a foundational role in the recruitment process, building your skills to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. You will be primarily responsible for identifying, matching, and approaching candidates to support the fulfilment of client roles.

• Generating revenue through split fees by identifying and presenting suitable candidates.
• Conducting research, market mapping, and candidate outreach to meet client requirements.
• Collaborating closely with Recruitment Consultants and team members to deliver results.
• Developing your personal brand and representing Taylor Root professionally in the market.

Whilst prior experience in recruitment is not required, the following attributes and skills will set you apart:

• Knowledge of or interest in the legal profession
• Some prior exposure to recruitment or sales environments (desirable but not essential)
• An understanding of the recruitment cycle, including candidate generation and aftercare.
• Proficiency in research and market mapping tools to identify suitable candidates.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing your workload.
