- Want a sales‑driven

- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Winning new business through outreach, pitching and relationship‑building
- Researching market trends and identifying client hiring needs
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through hiring processes
- Becoming a subject‑matter expert in Web3 and blockchain talent markets
- Working towards fast progression to senior and team‑lead positions
- Representing the business at major global crypto and tech events
- Promotion within your first 6 months based on revenue performance
- Six‑figure earnings achievable by year 3
