What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Winning new business through outreach, pitching and relationship‑building
  • Researching market trends and identifying client hiring needs
  • Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates through hiring processes
  • Becoming a subject‑matter expert in Web3 and blockchain talent markets
  • Working towards fast progression to senior and team‑lead positions
  • Representing the business at major global crypto and tech events
What Success Looks Like
  • Promotion within your first 6 months based on revenue performance
  • Six‑figure earnings achievable by year 3
  • Mentoring others in year 1 and leading a team by year 3
